shake time

i have always loved a banana chocolate protein shake after a good run or morning workout... but lately i felt like switching things up a bit and trying a whole bunch of new kinds!!  this shake i made with the leftover coffee we had from that morning,  my obsession nutella,  a little silk milk (or regular milk if you want.. silk has more protein in it so i prefer it in shakes)  and vanilla protein..    nummy!!! it was so delicious!!  i usually dont have coffee around in the morning since i am in too much of a rush- but for the days i do, like saturdays, this is a great option.  it was so good!!  and dont forget to add a bunch of ice!!
