this past weekend has been so exciting for me!!!! i have been coaching high school dance team for the past three winters and i love it!!! i love getting to know each girl, coaching them & watching them grow as dancers and people. it has been so amazing!!! we have never made it to the state tournament since i have been around... well they have only made it once before..ever. friday night we had a pre-sections team dinner. it was fun to all be together & happy no matter what the next day brings.
the anticipation of the day!!! every girl was a little nervous and a little excited!! ahh
after a long evening and absolutely AMAZING performances of jazz and kick we made it to state in BOTH!!!!!!!! history was made for our school! it was so exciting and rewarding to be apart of such an awesome group of people.
what great coaches!!! i cannot wait to see what this week brings for 4 more days of practices and 2 full days dancing on the state floor!!!!!
